Emails Demanded From Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office

One of our attorneys is representing a woman that has filed a lawsuit against former Mercer County Prosecutor, Joe Bocchini, for sexual harassment. The lawsuit claims that Bocchini sent sexually explicit emails to the woman while she was employed by the prosecutor’s office. The emails have been requested by the plaintiff as well as investigators from the State Attorney General’s Office. It is unclear if or when the emails will be released.
